Experience in the restoration industry is helpful, but we will train anyone with a positive attitude, a great work ethic, and a desire to succeed.
This is a full-time position for a detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and empathetic person who understands the importance of helping customers through stressful, emergency situations.
The successful candidate will perform cleaning of customers' belongings, furnishings, housewares, collectibles, sentimental items, and decorator items following water/fire/mold damage, and using current industry standards.
Much of the work will be done at our Merritt Island, FL facility; but you may, on occasion, assist with the pack-out of customers' items in preparation for transport to our facility.
Following the mitigation and reconstruction of customers' homes and businesses, you will also perform onsite post-construction cleaning services.
Materials, tools, and cleaning products will be provided by the Company.
Responsibilities:
Assist as needed with pack outs of contents from residential or commercial properties that have suffered water, fire, mold, or other damages.
Safely & respectfully handle contents.
Pack and label all items according DRY FIRST's established procedures.
Ensure proper identification and organization according to industry procedures.
Provide thorough cleaning of contents, furniture, heirlooms, collectibles, appliances, electronics, housewares, and other belongings, while utilizing industry-approved cleaning techniques and equipment.
Document and track all items packed out and cleaned, ensuring accurate inventory control using DRY FIRST's established procedures and methods.
Communicate with our team members to meet or exceed project deadlines.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
Provide support to our DRY FIRST team as needed.
Consistently maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and protocols.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK.
Valid Florida Driver's License.
Previous industry experience in pack-out and contents cleaning is highly desirable, but not mandatory.

Benefits:
This position starts at $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
