AdcommTV, subdivision of Adcomm, Inc, is looking for client-care representatives that will provide professional, high-quality, customer service and tech assistance to our clients in the Hospitality and Healthcare markets. Responsibilities include:



  • Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email, web-based portals and other forms of communication to address the needs of our clients customers

  • Provide products and services support

  • Help analyze, facilitate and resolve/troubleshoot service and tech issues

  • Investigate and follow-up on any questions/issues in an accurate and timely manner

  • Provide resolutions, recommendations and product details with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy


Qualifications/Requirements:



  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

  • Strong desire and passion to help people

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build relationships with clients, consumers and coworkers

  • Strong organization and time management skills




Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
