Housekeeper Assistant II - Merritt Island Pro Health, Holmes Regional Medical Center, Per Diem

Description:


To be fully engaged in providing No Harm/Quality, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by\: Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.


Primary Accountabilities




  • Responsible for making sure that the facility is properly cleaned on a daily basis.


  • Docs a daily check of all cleaning areas to make sure they have been cleaned properly. Responsible for general and specific cleaning of the facility on a dail y basis.


  • Responsible for working days needed other than on regular schedule. Assists management with the hiring process.


  • Responsible for taking care of small problems that occur after the facility is closed, relating to cleaning or cleaning personnel.


  • Informs cleaning personnel or management of areas not properly cleaned before the end of their shift.


  • Responsible for his/her own cleaning assignments.


  • Performs any other duties as requested by the Supervisor, Lead or Manager.




Customer Experience\:




  • Ensures that the members have a clean and comfortable area to change & workout in.


  • Reports all incidences of improper cleaning to the proper supervisor.


  • Stewardship\:


  • Responsible for keeping track of supplies and notifying the supervisor when supplies are needed.


  • Will not go over scheduled F.T.E.'s.


  • Responsible for assisting management in setting up the daily/weekly/ monthly cleaning assignments




Physical Demands\:




  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.


  • Must be able to lift or push up to fitly pounds repeatedly.


  • Must be able to bend stoop and perform continuous manual labor.




Mental Demands\:




  • Must be able to work alone and unsupervised.


  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.





Qualification:



  • Must have completed High School or equivalent.


  • Background in cleaning or cleaning service.


  • Must have a thorough knowledge of all areas of cleaning.




 

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
